"Great location on the river. Alive with birdlife. Two bedrooms and large living area. Very clean and well provided for self catering. Probably not practical to walk to town but a very easy short drive. Light sleepers may be disturbed by nearby train line. Did not bother us.A splendid location to enjoy a cool drink while spending hours watching the river go by.Recommended."

"The house was spotless with beautiful furnishings and in an incredibly beautiful setting. We were 4 adults and 2 infants and the house provided ample common spaces for us to be together or apart. The beds were comfortable and the spa bath was heaven after a hard day playing in the pool! Thank you for the ground coffee and milk in the fridge. We had a great holiday!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Januce! We stay in rented holiday houses a lot and this is one of the best value places we’ve stayed at. Beautiful tranquil spot by the river, very clean, within range of Dorrigo, Bellingen, and heaps of beautiful ocean spots. Communication with hosts lovely and easy. Highly recommend."

"well set up and comfortable, good location very quiet. lovely walk to the beach just across the road. Comfortable bed and nice shower setup. If we stayed longer the kitchen would have worked very well for us,it had everything for a comfortable stay."

"It was a good experience for a tiny house. The location is close to Coffs Harbour Town. The house was spotless and in good condition! Even though it was a Tiny House, everything was adequate. Host was very friendly and accommodating! "

"Super Hosts, we were there for 3 nights and took in the best of the area, rapid canoe with our family of 7 was excellent, the rivers were pristine in the area, the F&B in the area was first rate and the accommodation suited the stay perfectly."

"Beautiful presentation. Lots of room for granddaughters from age 11 to us (78 yrs). The pool was popular. As seniors with knee replacements I found the steps awkward so we opted for the downstairs bedroom but found it lacking anywhere to hang our clothing and as there was nowhere to put our luggage we had to put everything on the floor Bath towels were missing from our downstairs bathroom so luckily I had a beach towel to dry ourselves as all the young ones were asleep upstairs "

"Property was clean, ambience was great, bright and airy. Since the house was G 2, climbing stairs between levels was bit tiring as we had an elderly family member with us. "

"Great location. Close to Woolgoolga , overlooking a reserve with lots of roo’s and nature. You need to follow the owners directions well to get to the property as it’s behind another house, but that locations gives you amazing privacy. Only 1 bar phone coverage - but there’s wifi onsite ( the code is supplied by the owner onsite) Great little property."

"For an older home, this was a great place for a large group or family. If you have issues with stairs, it's no good. Has large walk in pantry, large freezer and fridge. Make sure everyone has quick showers as hot water can run out. Great space and great neighbourhood. You'll need a car to access shops etc but overall really happy. Thanks for having us."

"Great place to stay. Stayed for Christmas and the house and surrounding area was perfect. Host was very attentive and kept in touch throughout our stay. "

"The accommodation was overpriced for what you got. There were things on the carpet so you could tell it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. You couldn't enjoy the ocean view due to the rubbish smell when you opened the door. The pool and surrounds were nice and well kept. The lack of a reception made it difficult, when I did notify that the dishwasher didn't work I didn't even get a response. I had to find somewhere last minute so didn't have a lot of options, but I would not stay here again. The only...
