"We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this fabulous house. The host was great from the beginning, providing lots of information on the local area/places to eat etc and additionally arranged for us to check in earlier as we have arrived sooner then expected. The house is good size with everything you need. The outside area is great and the pool was lovely and a really good size. There was also some pool floats/beach toys etc which were very helpful for a trip the beach. Dénia was lovely...

Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet; das Wasser im Schwimmbad warm und das Becken von angenehmer Größe. Allerdings waren wir enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit in der gesamten Unterkunft. Überfall, aber insbesondere auf dem Boden, waren Staub und viele Haare zu finden, so dass wir gezwungen waren, die Wohnung vor dem Bezug komplett zu wischen, worauf wir natürlich überhaupt...

"Das ist ein wunderschönes grosses, sehr helles, geräumiges Haus, sehr nah zum Strand gelegen (2 min Gehweg). In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere tolle Spielplätze für kleine und etwas größere Kinder. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, es sind alle Küchengeräte vorhanden. Auch zum einkaufen ist man in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto beim Lidl oder Aldi. "Nice little place with perfect view. No kingsize bed instead A small 2 persons bed wich Made A lot of noise everytime you turn. Little argument about an extra guest (6th person) and wanting to let me pay An extra €150 for that. In the end hè didn’t chargeer anything for it so was greatfull for that. Left the house and to my surprise got A message saying the cleaning lady found A very dirty house. We did not make A mess at all so I think hè needs Another cleaning lady."

"It was a good value for money apartment. The location was lovely and tranquil, with a nice pool area and close by shops. The apartment just needed to be cleaned to a higher level. Lovely comfy sofa bed but very hard double bed. But we only needed a stop gap as we were house hunting so it was okay, once I cleaned the toilet and kitchen!"

"We liked the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the sea was nice for breakfast and supper. This place is well situated for good beaches, bars & restaurants, shops and attractions. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine...
