"the area is very peaceful and scenic. excellent place to see all that the rhineland has to offer. lots of places to walk and castle/berg's to visit. spent 2 weeks travelling and resting and didn't want to leave.Stairs to bedrooms a bit tricky to start with. i would recommend and stay again. "This place is HUGE! So many rooms and beds, very spacious and clean. Plenty of parking, multiple bathrooms...lots of towels, champagne upon arrival, great communication. 100% recommend if in this area. We were only 4 people but it can handle so many more!"

"The most peaceful setting we have ever stayed in with total privacy. The house has all you could need ...both inside and the garden area. Full sun from mid morning to late evening so we could fully enjoy the garden with its sun loungers (with sun brolly for shade) The BBQ was well used with lovely evening meals at the outdoor dining table enjoying the sunsets and then starry skies. Surrounded by woodland but a short drive/cycle out to explore the surrounding villages . A car is needed to fully...

Es war ein Erlebnis für sich, wunderbar und liebevoll dekoriert, die Mädels waren hellauf begeistert von ihrer Prinzessinnenkemenate, eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Peter was a gracious host, he surprised us with welcome treats and very responsive with any questions we had. There were quite a few stairs to get the home, but don’t let it deter you. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig, ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, und schön ruhig am Waldrand gelegen. Als für wenige Minuten der Strom in der Gegend ausfiel, wurden wir sofort mit Licht und einer Flasche Sekt versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Alles im allen perfekt gewesen.Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig.Viele Wanderwege und Radtouren vort Ort.Einkaufen geht nur mit Auto zB.ca.6km AnnweilerPS.Das Feriendorf ist halt in die Jahre gekommen."

Die Eigentümerin gab wertvolle Hinweise zum Wandern und nannte uns ein fußläufig zu erreichendes Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche und netter Bedienung. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der unmittelbaren Nähe."

"The best gite we’ve stayed in, with lots of lovely small touches. If we were really picky the pool could be a touch bigger, and there would be seating outside rather than on a covered terrace (which was hot in the heatwave we experienced). But this place comes highly recommended! The wine couldn’t be more local, and the owners Richard and Monique and their family can’t do enough for you!"

"Spacious and efficient. The host was there in case anything was needed (nothing was needed). The kitchen, dining room and living room were large and well laid out. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and spacious. When I come back to Germany, i will come back for a return stay. Ron Gnandt"

The Brenings were very kind and welcoming- even letting stet for an extra night. the area is beautiful and would highly recommend a visit. There are lots of cycling and walking options right from the door step. There is also a great lido just 5 minutes away."
