Our house is located 150 meters from Lake Malchner. The holiday home includes a dock and a sports boat with an outboard motor, which is included in the rental price. The jetty is about 250 meters.

Over the winter, the jetties are taken out of the water because of ice. During this time, a rowboat with a slip cart is available.

The boat is yours i. D.R. available from April 15th to May 1st (depending on the water level and when the jetties can be set up) and until October 1st. Although the engine is regularly serviced and checked, it can theoretically happen that the engine breaks. We therefore point out that there is no legal right to the boat.

We have two bedrooms and a living room with an open kitchen.

You have 2 parking spaces in front of the house. Complete fencing of the property. 

In the high season there is the possibility to buy fresh bread in the morning and two restaurants in Dahmen, one of which is very quaint and offers a small but fine selection of good home-style food. In the second you can also have breakfast.

You can buy freshly caught and smoked fish from the fisherman (350m from the house).

If you want to bring a dog with you, please ask before booking! Please note that it is not possible to take a cat with you.

Please note that the grill must be cleaned after use.
