"Vi har haft en skøn ferie med venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Huset var stille og lydsvagt. Hoveddøren var meget utæt, og det trak ind. Emhættens lys virkede ikke. Knive og sakse i køkkenet var i stykker. Vi klarede os, men det er en god ide at få lavet det. I badelandet var vandet til de små meget beskidt og meget koldt. Og der var meget klor i vandet "

"Ein ganz außergewöhnliches Haus mit riesigem Garten, Zelt, Feuerplatz und Terasse! Das Haus selber hat so viele individuell gestaltete Zimmer! Durch die Aufteilung der Räume verteilt es sich gut auch wenn man in einer größeren Gruppe unterwegs ist. "

"Easy access via Bus 25 from Hbf, up 3 stops to Schroederplatz, and then Motel One is right there and also very close to the Kropeliner Tor and the main shopping district and old town. Although my room directly faced towards the Christmas markets and the children’s rides across the street, I barely heard the noise from my room. Breakfast buffet was fairly standard, no complaints. I do wish there was a coffee/tea maker in my room; however. Overall, good value and location."

Allerdings ist man wirklich auf ein Auto angewiesen, denn im nahen Ortskern gibt es außer ein paar, bei uns leider geschlossenen Geschäften nichts nennenswertes. Außerhalb der Saison ist es außerdem schwierig, Aktivitäten im näheren Umkreis zu finden. Da hilft natürlich das inkludierte Schwimmbad, das allerdings auch oft zu gut besucht ist. "The hotel's location is probably one of the best in whole Rostock. The view of the city is excellent. It's also in a walkable distance of the eastern part of the city (for example Petrikirche). The rooms looked nice and clean. The service at the reception was friendly and very helpful. What I did not like were the rather uncomfortable beds. "Perfect for staying by the Inselsee for a couple of days. Beautiful location by the lake. Maybe better to come with a car, but 15 min walk there are occasional buses to train station also.
