The HausSstseewelle is located 150m from the beach. Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a living-dining room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is integrated in the living room, and is equipped with coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, kitchen utensils, microwave, dishes, pots and a two-flame ceramic hob. The kitchen has no oven. Facilities include a radio and an LCD DVBT TV. The house has one parking space per apartment. A washing machine and clothes dryer are available for a fee.
The HausOstseewelle lies directly at the Kurpark and the promenade is approx. 150m away from the HausOstseewelle. A Greek, an Italian and a Chinese eatery are nearby.
The approximately 1.6 km long promenade offers various localities, shops, and a sea water bath with spa, sauna and gym, a large playground and a children's port (similar to KiGa) for older children interesting. The almost 2 km long promenade has everything you need to stroll. The beach in Dahme is 6.5 km long and in the north you can walk for hours on the beach.
For joggers and walkers in Dahme signposted routes are available.
The linen package is as follows: 1 linen package for 1 person, consisting of 2 x towels, 1 x bath towel, 1 x shower template, 1 x Pillows, 1 x duvet cover and 1 x fitted sheets.

Feine kleine Wohnung
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Ein Park ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, was für Menschen mit Hund perfekt ist. Drei Restaurants sind in 1 Minute zu erreichen. Die Terrasse hat Abendsonne und Promenade und Strand sind zu Fuß auch schnell erreichbar. Unser Kurzurlaub war sehr erholsam. Vielen Dank.

zu klein, putzen wurde vergessen
Wohnung wurde nach dem letzten Mieter nicht geputzt, Toilette war noch voller Urin und Kot.....kein schöner Empfang. Jedoch hatn der Vermieter sich gleich entschuldigt und zügig ein Putzteam rein geschickt. Trotzdem konnte man sich nicht mehr so richtig entspannen. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein. Für 4 Personen nicht geeignet. Liegt in einem Hinterhaus. Das vordere Haus ist nicht einladend da die Fassade gemacht werden müsste.Aber genau das ist ja der erste Eindruck den man bekommt bei Anreise. Leider konnten wir erst gegen 18 Uhr die Wohnung betreten, da ja geputzt werden musste. Vorher möchte man da nichts auspacken. Hierfür hätte eigentlich zumindest das Geld für die Endreinigung erstattet werden müssen.

Schöne kleine saubere Ferienwohnung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen ausser dem Internet hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Empfang war freundlich pünktlich und ging sehr schnell. In ein wenig bessere Matratzen könnte investiert werden aber die 4 Nächte ging es. Für 4 Personen denke ich wird es hier ein wenig eng zu zweit war aber genug Platz. Es waren wirklich knappe 150 bis an die Ostsee also keine 4 min zu Fuss alles andere auch in 5 min Geh Weite, der Bäcker der Fleischer usw. Alles Prima wir bedanken uns für ein paar schöne Urlaubs Tage.

Eine Nacht hat gereicht!
Wir kamen nach einer Hochzeitsfeier ca. 1:30 Uhr in der Nacht zurück. Wir wollten duschen, es war aber nicht möglich, da in der Nacht kein warmes Wasser aus der Dusche kam :-( Wir haben für 4 Leute gebucht, aber an Ende kamen wir nur zu Dritt. Was sich in Nachhinein als gut festgestellt hat, da die Wohnung einfach viel zu klein für 4 Leute ist. Der Schlafsofer hätte nicht für 2 Leute gereicht.Obwohl die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Straße liegt, sind wir vom Lärm aus die oberen Wohnung sehr früh wach geworden. Man hat alles gehört, zB. Wenn man die Toilette gespült hat, oder wenn die Türen auf- oder zugemacht hat. Wir hatten nur 1 Nacht gebucht und es war gut so. Eine ganze Woche kann ich mir dort nicht vorstellen können.

Modern und gemütlich
Modern und neu eingerichtete Ferienwohnung die alles hat was man so braucht. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und zu diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einzig für Kleinkinder ist sie nicht gut ausgestattet, was dem Aufenthalt aber nicht geschadet hat. Zum Glück gab es sehr nette Nachbarn, die aushelfen konnten.
