The space in Magnolia Tree Tiny Home is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. There is a king size Sealy Posturepedic bed with luxury linens in the 10' x 10' loft upstairs. There are also two nightstands and several outlets/USB charging ports in the loft. In the main living space, the sofa pulls out to a queen size bed with a Sealy sleeper sofa mattress. A cozy chair in the reading nook is the best place to curl up with a book. Our smart Toshiba Amazon Fire TV is on a rolling cart, so you can move the TV wherever you like in the house. Fresh linens including blankets and pillows for the sleeper sofa are stored in a plastic case in the laundry closet. The open kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel oven/stove, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave/vent hood, double sink, toaster, Keurig and traditional carafe coffee maker. In the cabinets you'll find a set of plates, appetizer size plates and bowls, in addition to a plastic set of dishes, coffee cups, glasses, stemware, cutting mats, mixing bowls, bakeware, knives, cooking utensils and cutlery. We provide coffee pods, mini vanilla creamers, stevia and sugar packets. The bathroom includes a large tile shower with a rain head shower fixture, European shower wand and sliding glass door. The vent fan/light in the bathroom over the shower is a Bluetooth Speaker. Connect to Homwerks and listen to your favorite music or podcast while you’re taking a nice hot shower!

Guests have access to the shared fire pits (there are two on the property for the four tiny homes). Additionally, guests have access to our central Huddle area. We repurposed a 40’ shipping container to house our outdoor living room and attached a 40’ wide deck to hold our Blackstone grill, prep station and outdoor games! All of our guests have access to our on-site level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger that is located on the side of Magnolia Tree Tiny Home.

Secure unique coded access will be provided to guests the day prior to check in. Your hosts live in Metro Atlanta, however our team is always close by. Please reach out if you need anything before or during your stay and we will be happy to assist!

Magical & Relaxing
I booked on a whim because of the great reviews, but actually the reviews still did not do this lovely tiny house justice, the details and the location and the house itself made this one of the most magical getaway I ever had the style and comfort was thoughtfully detailed and the response from owners was prompt and pleasant, this will now be a place I will be returning to, magnolia was a lovely spot to catch up with friends and relax and enjoy the beauty of North Georgia Thank you for this lovely experience. I can't wait to return.

Wonderful Hideaway
This little place is tucked away so that while near to many things, it feels so private. We just had Magnolia house but as a business person, wanted to note that there a multiple houses and a common area that would make this nice for a group trip or offsite. The little house was contemporary and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were lovely and the hosts seemed to have thought of everything in terms of amenities. Little unexpected details, e.g. special dark washcloths for make-up removal, fixings for s’mores, water in the fridge, some snacks, laundry pods, etc. The linens and towels were great and the bed very comfortable. This little bungalow has a magnolia in front of it and in the AM, we watched deer run across the property when a cyclist was riding their bike down the dirt road. It was peaceful and relaxing and we are very glad we stayed. We did communicate with the host, who was friendly and responsive. We are from another state but will gladly stay here again when in Dahlonega area. Thank you so very much!

Tiny home that doesn't feel tiny!
I have stayed at Huddle Home's Magnolia Tree Tiny home more than once. Why? 'Cause it's perfect. Clean, charmingly appointed with all the creature comforts and the loft style bedroom is a great use of space. It's now one of my go to's if I am in the Dahlonega area. Just a few short minutes from town, I get the feeling of being in a remote hideaway with the convenience of retail and restaurants. The host is attentive to my messages and is always friendly.

Beautiful Tiny Home
We loved staying in this tiny home. It was cute, very well stocked with various things and comfortable. It was a short drive to downtown and not far from 2 wineries. Also, We were surprised at how quiet it was inside given the roosters next door. Didn’t hear a peep. Overall we will stay here again.

Cozy weekend getaway!!
My husband and I absolutely loved this property for our 1 year anniversary trip!! The pictures were exactly as described and even better in person! Our pups loved the big open grassy area to play and we even got to spend some time by the fire pit with our next door neighbors. We will definitely be back for a trip in the future!

A Great Little House!
This house is just adorable! It's situated on a property with three other tiny houses, but they're all spread out enough that you don't feel crowded. We loved the common area and Blackstone grill. The fire pit was a bonus, and the host even left us a small s'mores kit. We had four people staying, and there was still enough room to walk around and sit comfortably. The high ceilings make the house feel roomy. The house was VERY clean. I would definitely recommend for a couples or family get away, or renting all the houses for a group retreat. Ali was very responsive to our needs.

Very clean bathroom and shower are awesome. They have thought of everything you will need including smore kit for fire pit. Roosters can be a little loud in the morning use the ear plugs they have in the bathroom! Loved our stay overall though. Very cute and well thought out.

We were looking for a place to stay while attending a weekend wedding, and this place did not disappoint! They literally thought of everything. I just wish it didn’t rain so we could have taken advantage of all that the property has to offer.

The tiny house was cute, but not clean and no one mentioned just feet away.
The shower was filthy, we had to clean ourselves. The toilet was dirty with pee and public hair around the base. Also upstairs over the bed was webbing from the deer on the wall to the ceiling. Only feet away there had to be over a dozen roasters. All night 8 hours long the roasters would not be quite. My husband and I had zero 0 sleep.

Tiny House Big Personality
My husband and I booked the property for Thanksgiving week in order to be close to our family for the holiday. We bragged so much about the precious tiny home that everyone ended up at the tiny house on Thanksgiving night for s’mores by the fire pit! The owners thought of almost everything! We will definitely be back!!
