Instead of helping us, she simply referred us to someone else without giving proper contact details or clarification. Despite the confusion, we managed to locate the property. When we arrived, we were shocked by the condition of the place. It was completely different from what was shown online — poorly maintained, unwelcoming, and not suitable for guests. It felt entirely misrepresented on your platform. We didn’t even step inside to stay. We simply turned around and left immediately.
