The Space:
Tiny House Elevation 152 by Tiny Away sits in the stunning farmlands of Sweet AZ Farm in Dagun, Mary Valley Region. Hidden among towering Macadamia trees and citrus plants, with a fresh lemony scent that creates a refreshing and rejuvenating atmosphere for visitors to enjoy a well-earned rest.
Enjoy uninterrupted vistas and bask in the beauty of the surroundings, with sweeping views of rolling green hills adorned with native trees and a captivating backdrop that effortlessly blends into vast, flat expanses, perfect for endless exploration. Nearby Amamoor State Forest, Dagun Station - part of Mary Valley Rattler, and beaches in Noosa and Rainbow Beach.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be e a second tiny house called "Elevation 156" that sit on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except the land host's private residence. We also ask guests not to cross other neighbouring residents on the property.
IMPORTANT: Due to current wet weather, the access to the accommodation is inaccessible by car and the host will drop you there by farm vehicle. Please come up the driveway all the way to the farm house to park where I will be meeting you and transfer you to your accommodation. If you need to access to your car during your stay, please contact me at anytime.

Kenilworth, Gympie Gold Mining and Historical Museum, and Mary Valley Adventure Trails are just a few of the recommended attractions worth visiting, all of which provide a variety of enjoyable activities.
Getting Around:
By car:
- 2 hrs, 160km drive from Brisbane
- 1 min, 2 km drive to/from the nearest town Dagun. All are reachable by 2WD or 4WD.
IMPORTANT: Due to current wet weather, the access to the accommodation is inaccessible by car and the host will drop you there by farm vehicle. Please come up the driveway all the way to the farm house to park where I will be meeting you and transfer you to your accommodation.
By public transport:
- From Brisbane, you can take a train or bus to Gympie and then shuttle to the farm.
- Taxi and Uber are also available, you can arrange a ride at reasonable rates if you require transport to other places.
Other Things to Note:
- Coffee machine is available
- We have free-range roaming sheep
- Farm experience is available by prior request
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas
- Expect farm animals roaming (and noise) on our property
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Farm guidelines
- Please leave farm animals alone unless they are given a treat
- Keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated
- Always remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the paddocks
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- We also ask guests not to feed farm animals as they are on specific diets for their health
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
