"Loved this property. It had everything we need for our short visit. The washer and dryer were very convenient, the place was clean and smeeled fresh. We always felt safe there as well. Would definitely stay again. Just wish the parking lot wasn't so tight. And one night it was crammed full of cars that weren't staying at the property. But obviously no fault of the owner or a knock on the property as a whole. Because our experience was VERY positive."

"My friend and I enjoyed staying in this clean nicely decorated apartment on a quiet street. The dining room table was perfect for our crafting. Although the concrete stairs down to the backyard entrance was a gradual grade, it was a bit of a challenge for my friend who just had hip replacement surgery. The host Anne, lived upstairs and was absolutely lovely."

"This is a scam company. They don’t have any customer care. They just want to steal your money. It’s easy to find out that someone has already moved into the house you booked. They will find a reason to throw you far away. However, After you go there, you find that there are still people living in that house. They won't refund you yet, they are a scam company!"

"This property gets high marks on all fronts except one, the location. It is on the second floor of a shopping strip at an intersection with traffic lights. If you’re someone who can fall asleep under noises, this place is of great value, bargain even. If you’re not, then maybe it’s not for you. To elaborate, with traffic lights, you get to hear motorcycles and cars ramp up from the first gear loudly. I think the price has factored in the noise issue, especially given how modern it looks."

"We were given instruction to clear the trash at a specific location, which requires several minutes drive to get there. When we got there, the staff told us it requires a minimum of 10 dollar to dump trash. We were not informed about the cost at all! Another thing is we asked if we could street park the car and were told to read the local signs. As we didn't see any sign on the street, we parked one of our three cars on street and ended up getting a ticket of illegal parking. These incidents...

"Host must have a degree in Hospitality or in Business. The place is so well organized and operated, even down to the little booklet to explain the features of the rental and what to do in the neighborhood. Room is very clean, has everything you need if you feel like cooking a simple meal, and the host is very responsive to IMs if you have questions. The best short term rental I have ever been to. Five stars across the board!"

"Had a great stay at this place in Pickering! There were a lot of small touches that made the stay comfortable (the cinnamon cookies were consumed frequently by everyone 😂). My husband is 6'4 and hit his head a few times in the door ways but that's his fault for being so tall."
