"This was my wife and I first stay in Bruges and our stay at this hotel made the visit more the memorable All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained as was the whole hotel.The underground car park was very convenient albeit a bit tight getting my car in and out of the lift! "Duke's Palace was a wonderful find for my wife and me. The hotel is beautiful inside and out and the staff were ultra polite and helpful. We stayed one night and wished we had stayed longer. Amazing room, comfy bed, huge bathroom, delicious breakfast and close to the town center, restaurants, and all major attractions. 15-20 min walk from the train station. Could not have been happier!"

"It was difficult to find the entrance to the carpark for the hotel. Safe parking with barrier entry. €10 per night. Restaurant was the only place to eat in the evening due to refurbishment. Food and service were excellent although a bit pricey The roof top bar was closed on the Wednesday night when we stayed Separate toilet and shower room ( no door on shower room ) which was handy. "The hotel room was lovely and the common spaces were very nice too. Weirdly, nowhere to get a hot drink in the hotel (other than the mini kettle in your room) before 4pm though. The “spa” was disappointing - it’s essentially a very small communal sauna (seats 4 people in a cosy manner) and a cold small swimming pool (no loungers or space to sit).
