Cute lil property, very relaxing for my wife and I. Loved being steps away from the lake. Beautiful homes surround the lake so much to look at. Loved the local restaurants too

Perfect Getaway
We had a great time staying at this property for Memorial Day Weekend! The location was perfect! We spent most of the time out on the lake, just needed a clean and comfortable place to sleep and this was just right for our little family. My 4 year old keeps asking when we’re going back. Hope to stay again soon!

Awesome staycation!!!
Minor inconveniences: shower head leaking, smoke detector missing, guest book missing. NONE IF THIS DAMPENED THE EXPERIENCE!!! Great neighbors who frequent the place added a layer of enjoyment that was unexpected. An affordable memory that I would encourage anyone to make!!!

The location was beautiful, just don't arrive Monday-Wednesday when the community shuts down. Apparently the restaurants and lake fun is happening on the weekends. If you don't mind shopping at Dollar General for your food and drinks, you're good.

The condo was perfect for the two of us. Boat slip was so convenient. We had an issue with the coffee pot so I texted owner. He showed up in less than thirty minutes with a new one in the box. Now that was amazing😊. Would love to stay here again.

The shower handle came off the first time we tried to use it. We sent messages to the owner and did not hear back till our stay was almost over. We drove almost 600 miles to attend our family wedding and had no working shower the whole time and poor response time. Also spent almost an hour on phone trying to get the Wi-Fi network and password. Would not recommend at all.

Suggestions.
We had a hard time finding the property. There were not clear directions. As older adults we needed better instructions for the TVs. One was limited channels snd we never got the other one to work. Everything was clean except there was some hair on the shower wall. We did enjoy the stay in spite of these issues.

Lake view was great
The condo was not nearly as clean or stocked as I thought it would be. I’d asked if it was first floor because of my husbands vision problem and found the front was but to enter from the parking lot it required a a flight of 19 steps to unlock the door. The bathroom has a large, very high whirlpool tub which is nice if you like that sort of thing but no grab bars to assist an older person. We also missed a comfortable chair as all the kitchen and snack bar chairs are metal. The redeeming factor is the lake view which is great for watching the sunsets.

Great location
The neighborhood/location of this condo was great. The sunset view over the lake was beautiful and the entire Stillwaters property was excellent. The condo was nice and the bed was very comfortable, but overall the space could use a little TLC. The tub didn't drain and got very full during showers, the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall in the bathroom, and the screens on the sliding glass doors didn't slide very well. Additionally, you should plan to bring a lot of supplies. It wasn't an issue for us since it was just a weekend stay, but there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels provided, which wouldn't get you far on a longer stay. Additionally, a lot of VRBOs we stay in offer a few comforts, like coffee/coffee filters or K-cups for keurigs, which definitely wasn't the case here. Overall a nice, quiet, safe, pretty place to stay, but also fairly bare-bones as far as VRBO options usually go.

While our experience wasn't bad, there were enough little deficiencies to keep me from coming back, which is my yardstick for a good review. PROS: Right on the lake, so nice view. Bed was comfy. CONS: Tiny kitchen with no storage space for food. Coffee maker was single cup - pain in the butt. We went to Walmart and bought a real one. No toaster, and I had to fiddle with the oven controls for a good 5 minutes to get the broiler to come on. The clothes dryer flat didn't work. Tried every setting on it, and clothes were as wet as when we put them in. Among the provided kitchen tools, there were 3 corkscrews, but no can opener. The paper products (TP; Paper towels) were the cheapest junk the Dollar Store had to offer. In short, just an overall lack of attention to detail, and lack of a sense of welcome.

Lake Martin Getaway
Our time was relaxing and restful. We enjoyed watching the activity on the lake and seeing incredible sunsets. The stairs down to our ground floor condo were somewhat of an issue but the condo itself was comfortable.
