The open living room and kitchen area is designed for both relaxation and convenience. Prepare delicious meals with ease in the kitchen, then gather in the inviting living room featuring a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi for movie nights or catching up online. The living room also boasts an easy to use gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. The balcony includes another gas fireplace and sunshades for added comfort and relaxation.

The property features an assigned boat slip, accommodating one boat. Please note that boat trailers are not allowed on the premises, ensuring a clutter-free and serene environment for all guests.
