Welcome to Princess Pointe at Crowne Pointe Condominiums at Lake Martin! Bring your boat to this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that has a SPECTACULAR lake front view fit for a king! Princess Pointe is beautifully decorated with a large outdoor patio, a queen bed in the owner's suite, a twin over full bunk in the guest bedroom, a spacious living and dining area, and a kitchen with an ice machine. This unit comes with pool pass bracelets and a dedicated boat slip that is conveniently located just outside the building for outdoor water fun! There is also a fitness center located on the basement level of the complex in case you would like to get a workout in.

This complex has an elevator so you can easily transport your belongings and access the unit. It is also extremely close to the Union Boat Launch area, and a short boat ride away from Chuck's Marina and Chimney Rock. You will love everything about this condo so book Princess Pointe today for the royal treatment!

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
