Daze Off at the Lake

This 3 BR/2 BA open floorplan condo is located in the highly sought-after Stillwaters gated community. Enjoy a spectacular view of the lake from the balcony, or enjoy the complex pool that features zero entry, a rock slide, and a deep end with a sitting edge. Stoneview Summit is located less than half a mile from Harbor Pointe Marina where boat and jet-ski rentals are available. Jordan Hare Stadium, home of the Auburn Tigers, is just a short half-hour drive away. The open-air Church of the Living Waters is located next door so don’t miss out on a beautiful Sunday service, or the ideal wedding location. Numerous restaurants are located around the lake, offering both casual and fine dining, and are accessible by boat or car.

The condo is a top-level, corner unit with plenty of privacy and features a spacious Master with a large balcony for outdoor dining. The unit has extensive hardwood throughout and has an indoor and outdoor fireplace. The Master has a King bed, a walk-in shower, and a large soaker tub, and separate access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with a drip coffee pot. One guest bedroom has a full bed, and the other guest bedroom has a twin bed with a pull-out trundle. The guest bath is a standard tub/shower combo with its own linen closet. There is a deep water boat slip available and the dock is perfect for swimming in the lagoon.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

** Must wear pool bands while visiting the pool area.  There are 6 blue bands next to the info binder.  Each band lost will result in a $35 cost to the renter and deducted from the damage deposit.

Beautiful Sunsets
We had a wonderful long weekend. The condo is as described and pictured. Even though there is no dining room, there is a table next to the wall that opens into a dining table that confortably seats 4 people. The property manager, Keri, was very helpful and responsive. We called her several times about minor issues which she helped us solve quickly. The boat slip was a little hard to find...it is located at the end of the last pier that is toward the inside of the slough. The balcony is very nice with comfortable cusioned wicker furniture. Sensets were beautiful! We would rent here again.
