"The hostel pods were nice. I would stay here again! Some feedback! The mattress is thin so a bit uncomfortable but for a ‘private room’ in a hostel you can’t complain! The staff were lovely and attentive and explained fully how everything worked. The toilets are shared so can quickly become a bit meh with some people not knowing how to clean up after themselves but was always cleaned up by staff and check on regularly. Not really sign posted which is honestly my only actual negative...

"This hostel has become my go to place to stay when I visit the Archenhold Observatory or need to get to the airport early. The Wall museum nearby was a great place to visit and the Warschauer Straße train stations are a short walk away. Also there is a choice of low priced restaurants and street food close by. I can’t resist having the Chinese Crispy Roast duck for 9.90€x"

"Ich kann mich wirklich nicht beschweren. Wir haben für 2 Nächte gebucht und haben ein Doppelzimmer bekommen. Das Hostel ist neu und hat viele Zimmer. Die Zimmer, das Gemeinschaftsbad, die Flure - alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten sind auch recht bequem. Das Personal war auch sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Nähe ist auch ein Bahnhof und um die Ecke direkt eine Bushaltestelle. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden eigentlich nochmal hier her kommen. "

As retired teacher I was used to children like them but they went quiet when I walked into the dorm. The youth leader tried to get me moved out but this was the only bottom bunk in the massive modern Generator Hostel. "I'm not usually the one to write a bad review but our experience was just very bad here. There is no reception and that's why we called ahead of time ensure we came to the right place, the guy on the phone was less than helpful. We followed the advise and directions from Expedia and ended up in the vicinity. We called the number yet again and no one answered. Mind you it was raining and we were waiting outside walking around trying to figure out where the building is for two hours... the guy...
