We enjoyed our stay at Ruby Star hotel. They had a delicious breakfast and it is located only a block from the beach. I have to give Lani at the front desk a 5 star for customer service. She booked us tickets and transportation throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We would like to extend our appreciation to all the staff of Ruby Star Hotel. We stayed for 6 days and the staff were truly amazing. Everyday, they would clean our rooms, provide us with water, and help us with information we need, The hotel is close to the beach, lots of shopping and food. Thank you for making our Vietnam stay more memorable! Highly recommend!

It was very close to the beach. The grocery store was downstairs with restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, as were the cooks and servers. The reception staff Gnart, David, Lani, Nelly and others, were friendly and helpful and very professional. We would stay again.

The front desk Lani and Nelly are very hospitable, efficient, friendly, very helpful, nice, and their professionalism is extremely excellent. I will stay there again. As sorry breakfast, Hung and Pink are also very friendly, very accommodating and welcoming. Housekeeping changes everything in your room on a daily basis. Overall , satisfaction and definitely recommend. No negative comments.

Very nice hotel for the price, great location, 5 minutes walk to the Beach. The Staff was so helpful and professional, bed was a little hard and due to no door or curtain in the shower water escaped throughout the bathroom..

We had a few issues with the room including noisy AC, shower leaking everywhere, safe and fridge didnt work (both were both fixed when asked). The amenities arent the greatest, but service was good. The breakfast buffet is not great either.
