The lobby may be 4 stars, however these rooms are in terrible condition. We only stayed for a few hours before our flight and we were glad to checkout. We stayed in the ocean view room which should be a prime room and it was bad.
The bathroom was in bad condition. The bathtub wasn’t secure, the wall paper was dirty and mouldy.
In the bedroom, the AC barely worked and was quite old. The beds were hard and springy. While the flooring and wall paper was newly done, it was in poor condition. The window was very small.
The staff were friendly, but having to wait an extra 20-30 minutes at checkout for them to “check” the room was not fun while trying to get to the airport on time.
