The hotel was inoperational. Closed for renovations. However the management have organised another hotel for us it was very rewarding but a bit far from where we want to stay. Overall it’s was an experience for us. The other hotel was nice and clean. the staffs was very friendly. The breakfast was average. Overall great.

When i arrived the lobby's lights and aircond was off and staff looks sleepy. The first impression is quite bad and hotel is kind of old. Hotel rooms are clean and they gave me a good view.

가성비 정말 좋아요~~
바나힐가고 한시장가면 호텔에 머무를 시가니 길지않아 가성비 생각하고 했는데 만족했어요. 한시장,용다리 걸어서 가기에도 가깝고 수영장도 아이들잠깐놀기에 좋았어요 무료스파 (팁별도)도 시간 되시면 꼭 받으세요 기대안했었는데 정말만족하고나왔어요~

Would stay here again
No issue during my stay. Room is cleaned and everything worked as intended. Customer service is knowledgeable. My room had a nice view of the city and dragon bridge. Price per night is very reasonable during my stay and worth it. I would stay here again if I was to visit DaNang again.

generally the staff is cordial and welcoming. But it is spoilt by 1 staff making rude comments which she thought was obvious it is not . Staff should avoid judging guests. location was good and facilities fine.

위치적으로 좋음
이른 체크인이었으나, 높은 객실을 배정해 주어 좋았습니다. 유명한 관광지나 맛집은 걸어서 10-15분이면 걸어 다닐 수 있어, 접근성이 좋습니다. 다만 호텔에서 무료로 제공하는 30분 발 또는 머리 마사지는 절대로 하지 마세요! 프론트에서 서비스 요금으로 1달러만 내면 된다고 했으나, 실제로 예약해서 받으러 갔을 땐 20분 정도? 였으며, 정말 쉬원하지도 않고, 오히려 다리에 두드러기가 났습니다. 마사지가 끝난 후, 두 직원이 한사람당 5만동을 무조건 내야한다고 요구하길래... 뭐 2500원 정도라 주긴줬지만 말할 수 없는 찜찜함...그것 빼곤 다 좋았던 호텔입니다.

잘 쉬었습니다
두번째 찾은 곳이였어요 이유는 위치가 좋아서, 직원들도 참 친절하고 전반적으로 올드해보이는 듯 하지만 깨끗해서 좋았습니다 조식은 그냥 그렇습니다 하나 아쉬운 점은 방음이 너무 안되는 듯 하네요ㅠㅠ 그것 빼곤 모두 만족합니다 :)

밤늦게 도착해서 체크인을 할려고 하는데 여권이 없어서 생각해 보니 방금 내린 택시에 점퍼와 여권을 두고 내림. 상황 설명을 하니 직원이 CCTV를 확인하고 수소문 끝에 11시간후에 여권과 점퍼를 찾음. 내일처럼 적극적으로 임해 준 직원에 후사했고, 덕분에 나머지 일정을 잘 마무리 했습니다.
