Staff are friendly, helpful, they can also offer extended stay for 6 hours for a reasonable fee. Breakfast is excellent, pool is clean, souvenir shop at the lobby has quality products with competitive price. Location is convenient, close to my the beach and a lot of seafood restaurants nearby, as well as other cuisines nearby. I would stay here again.

The hotel is in an excellent location on the beach side of Da Nang, with easy access to numerous local facilities and the many restaurants of varied food choices… The hotel staff (from reception to dining to house keeping) are very friendly, accommodating and respectful to their guests! I will return on my next visit to Da Nang!

Surprisingly this hotel rooms is so clean and huge room. Extremely value for money. The service is excellent , right from the reception staff Ms. Nguyen to the staff managing the breakfast eggs counter. Location is quiet and near to everywhere.

Shame about the building site right next door
The hotel staff were the best thing about the hotel. There's a building site right next door and it was very noisy from about 6.30am every morning until late at night. It looks like it's going to be work in progress for quite some time. The hotel itself is a bit tired and the staff were the highlight. Without them, we would have checked out sooner. I would give the staff 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
