"This was our second stay and reminded us why we loved it the first time. The house is comfortable, the room spacious and the decor tasteful. We slept well on a comfortable bed and all the usuals in terms of tea and coffee were there along with a nice sized fridge if you wanted to put the champagne on ice. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...
