"This group goes out of their way to ensure travelers are taken care of. They can help with tours, give great advice on vineyards, have an excellent cellar themselves. The rooms are comfortable. The pool was open, even early in the season. Lovely places to gather and enjoy end of the day conversation. I also appreciated the travel guides in their bookcase. It was helpful to have our own water bottles with us."

"The best part about our stay was the service. The people working at the front desk were incredibly helpful starting months before our stay. Using WhatsApp, I spoke with them from the US and they helped coordinate and plan several of our activities, including a great couples massage on premise. I also told them we were staying for my wife’s birthday and they gave us a bottle of champagne free of charge and bought a cake from a local bakery that was ready when we arrived. "The location is perfect, a few blocks away from the center plaza and many little cafes and restaurants, located on a quiet street, very safe area. Very comfortable stay

"Hotel is sparkling clean. By staying here having an all inclusive wine tasting and free tour of their bodega was great. Also access to the Sheraton's spa which is connected to the hotel. They were very helpful accommodating my elderly mother. Great location! "
