If you're looking for a fully furnished, completely refinished place to stay, don't pass this place up...This 2 bedroom side by side duplex is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Cuyahoga Falls, which is a neighboring suburb of Akron. It's minutes from the highway, which will get you to downtown Akron in less than 10 minutes, Blossom Music Theatre in under 15 min, Akron University in 10 minutes and Downtown Cleveland within 35 minutes. It also has a local pub, gas station, and grocery store within walking distance. The Property has Plenty of driveway parking, with a large fenced in backyard and a covered sitting area outside. It has 2 Smart TV's, and a fast internet for streaming movies on whatever accounts you'd like to log in to. The 2 queen beds, comfortably sleep 4, and the twin size sleeping cot can sleep an additional guest. In the basement it has a clean, open space for laundry with a newer washer and dryer. This property is pet friendly for small to medium size dogs or cats. The House Hotels manages over 50 properties in the area and we look forward to providing a quality comfortable space for your travels!

The location and accommodations are great. We were disappointed in the mold in the bathroom, the dishwasher not being empty and the coffee pot not being clean! We are hoping the owner will correct those things, because we would love to stay there again!

Overall, the whole process/experience was great. Was quiet, posting was accurate. The only thing I’d suggest is a bit more thorough cleaning…quite a bit of dog hair was on the floor…perhaps from the previous guests and also, some nonslip adhesives should be applied to the bathtub…was a bit slippery. We would Definitely stay again.

Bad place to stay.
The property needs a lot of work inside the apartment. There's was mold in bathroom, we had to buy a lot of things for the kitchen and bathroom! The Internet quit working, I lost time and money at work! The MGT was not helpful, hard to deal with... Too much to list!! Very bad place... will not stay there again!! I forgot some nice Hawaiian shirt s there have not heard a thing about getting them back!!! ECT... ECT.. ECT.., I would like to have some money return to me. I left 4 days from my end date,, but I paid until the 31 of October!! I feel I'm due a refund asap. Contact me if you want to know more. Derek Jedlicka 907-575-8720, Alaska Time!!!
