He is extremely proactive with communication to see to the needs of his guests and has stocked the common areas of the house with items for use or purchase. The rooms are spotless, and Louie is extremely polite and informative with suggestions on dining and sightseeing. You can tell he takes pride in his business, and he should! "

"I selected this lodging because it is literally the only place to stay in Ravenna, and because I like antiques. This B&B exceeded my expectations. It is lovely, comfortable, warm and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. I had fun exploring the rooms and taking in all the antique furniture and art and collectibles. The lower floor's asthetic was more cluttered, but I was told that they were working on remeding that. TBH, it reminded me of my Grandparents farmhouse.
