The light-filled, high-quality furnished Non smoking holiday apartment is located in the mezzanine floor. A balcony and bay window, both facing south, invite you to relax.

Tolle Lage.
Die Ausstattung hat uns genügt. Die Wohnung war sauber (allerdings sollte der verrostete Mülleimer im Bad ausgewechselt werden). Fahrräder einstellen hat auch funktioniert. Besonders hat uns die Lage des Hauses gefallen.

Bin mit der Wohnung und Duhnen Bestens zufrieden
Ich fahre gern nach Duhnen -Cuxhaven ,an die Nordsee ministens -ein mal im Jahr .Habe vorher öfters in Döse gewohnt .Aber seitdem ich diese Wohnung gefunden habe ,ist ,wenn man nicht mehr so gut zu Fuss ist .ganz einfach .Bin jetzt näher an Duhnen und am Strand -Britta Hinrichs Vermietung ist einfach Klasse Gruß-Eberhard Steimann

Gemütlich eingerichtet, besonders schön der verglaste Erker, bequeme Betten und Balkon 👍
Das einzige was schade war das auf dem Nachbargrundstück gebaut wurde. Da wurde schon in aller Frühe gehämmert usw. Trotzdem für ein so großes Haus im inneren ruhig. Wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen.

Schöner Urlaub in Cuxhaven/Duhnen
Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Wir haben zum allerersten mal eine Ferienwohnung gebucht, werden dies auch wieder tun. Es ist ungebundener. wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt.

Tolle kleine Wohnung.
Die Wohnung war optimal für 2 Persohnen, Alles war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nur ca. 500 m bis zum Srand und zur Hauptstraße wo man verschiedene Geschäfte Und Restorante findet. Heinz-Wilhelm Suling

Das Appartement liegt perfekt zum Strand und ebenso zum einkaufen. Zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Leider wurde man morgens zeitig geweckt,da eine Baustelle nebenan ist! Aber alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub mit super Wetter.😎😎

Schöne Wohnung
Schöne Wohnung für zwei. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet ohne großen Pomp. Fahrräder abstellen im Keller, das haben wir schon besser erlebt. Cuxhaven mit dem Ortsteil Duhnen versprüht den Charme der Siebziger, das muss man mögen.

Kurzurlaub zur Karnevalszeit
Wir fanden eine sehr schöne, gemütliche und saubere Ferienwohnung vor und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Das Einchecken verlief sehr problemlos und die Mitarbeiterinnen waren trotz später Anreise - gegen 15.55 Uhr sehr freundlich.

Als „Neulinge“ (Ex-Womo-Fahrer) beim Fewo-Urlaub waren wir mit Kontakt und Buchung sehr zufrieden: freundliche Aufnahme, angenehmer Aufenthalt. Im Appartmenthaus waren wir ( wohl Wetter und Saison geschuldet ) die einzigen Mieter.

Alles war super ( oder wie man dort so sagt) ,,perfekt". Wir zum esten Mal in Dunen .
Und jetzt das Negativste was wir erlebt haben ,war die Dame im Büro am Wattenweg 3. So eine unfreundliche und schlecht gelaunte Person habe ich in meinen 66 Jahren noch nicht erlebt .Insgesamt sind wir nur drei Mal dort gewesen. Jedes mal hatte man das Gefühl, die Dame ist mit ihrer Arbeit überfordert ader dabei war keine Kundschaft weit und bereit im Büro. Dann braucht die Dame unbedingt Urlaub oder weniger Arbreitsstunden. Wir hatten nur höflich angefragt ob das Büro am Samstag zur Schlüssel Abgabe schon vor 10 Uhr offen ist, da bekamen wir die Antwort ,sie Arbeitet schon 7 Tage die Woche und dann möchte sie wenigsten am Samstag auch mal ausschlafen .
