Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage, toller Kurzurlaub
Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der Check in und Check Out Vorgang war super und unkompliziert. Die Lage der Wohnung war klasse, direkt hinter der Dühne. Ein Strandkorb war sogar mit dabei. Ein Parkplatz gehört mit zur Wohnung. Leider wurde dieser allerdings oft zugeparkt. Wir waren super zufrieden. Vielen Dank!

Wohnung liegt sehr Strandnah. Die Anlage mit Tiefgarage, Fahrradkäfig, Schwimmbad und Sauna sehr gut
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung. Das Mobiliar müsste teilweise erneuert werden. Auflagen für die Terrassenmöbel fehlten. Die Stühle im Esszimmer und die Sofakissen müssten erneut werden. Ansonsten ist in der Wohnung alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Dusche müsste gründlicher gereinigt werden.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir durften 4 wundervolle Sonnige Tage hier verleben. Neben dem Wetter war auch die Wohnung in einem modernen und sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Lage der Whg war optimal. Nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber auch nicht zu weit weg. Die Whg gehört zu einer Anlage mit 4 Häusern. Alles wird sehr gepflegt und verwaltet. Die Whg hat einen Tiefgaragen Platz und man kommt von dort aus trocken ins Haus. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

die Wohnung wird auf der Abbildung in der 1. Etage gezeigt, sie ist aber im Erdgeschoß. das enttäuscht erst einmal.

Wie erwartet
Die Lage der Wohnung war wirklich schön. Sie war auch sauber. Für Rollstühle und Rollatoren ist sie allerdings nicht geeignet. Man kann sie zwar durch den Fahrstuhl gut erreichen, jedoch sind Küche und Bad viel zu schmal und klein, um sich mit dem Rollator/Rollstuhl dort zu bewegen. Um den Schlüssel beim Check-in zu erhalten, muss man zum Büro der H&P Touristik etwas entfernt von der Anlage. Dies hat uns jedoch niemand mitgeteilt, sodass wir die anderen Besucher an der Anlage fragen mussten, wie man einen Schlüssel erhält und dann nachdem wir endlich angekommen waren mussten wir noch einmal umdrehen und woanders hinfahren. Die Spülmaschine war voll Schimmel und hat bestialisch gestunken, jedoch wurden wir nach der anbringung dieses Übels sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und das Problem wurde sofort behoben. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub die Lage ist perfekt, die Wohnung war sehr schön und bei H & P Touristik wurde sich sehr zuvorkommend und schnell gekümmert. Jedoch würde ich die Wohnung nicht als behinderten gerecht ausschreiben.

Wohnung und Lage super. Genau zwischen dösen und Dunnen. Der einzige wermutzszropfen: der Staubsauger hat gemieft bei Nutzung. Vielleicht öfters den Beutel wechseln. Daher wurde der Besen öfters benutzt. Ist auch umweltfreudlicher😁

Wir haben uns in dem schön eingerichteten Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist perfekt, da es nur ein Steinwurf bis zum Deich ist! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöne Wohnung liebloser Umgang in der Verwaltung
Die Wohnung modern ausgestattet aber wird anscheinend nicht gepflegt. Kühlschranklicht flackert, Batterien beider Fernsehbedienungen leer, in der Dusche waren noch Haare der Vorgänger, Dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank vorgefunden. Alles kleine Punkte aber im Gesamten halt ein No Go. Wenn diese Punkte abgestellt sind, ist das eine schöne Wohnung. Praktisch ist der Tiefgaragenplatz und der Aufzug im Haus.
