"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was spotless and had everything you would need. Beautiful walk around lake area. Felt very safe. Lots of near by villages to explore. We took an unexpected trip to Domodossola which was well worth the 45 minute drive to see the foothills of the alps along the drive and the old historic city which had amazing charm."

"Very nice location"

"Es waren sehr schöne Urlaubstage. Je nachdem wer an der Reception arbeitete,wurde bei Problemen schnell oder gar nicht geholfen. Schwierig ist die Parkplatzsituation,aber notfalls muss man einige Meter mehr laufen.Das Appartement enthält alles,was man braucht, allerdings wäre mal wieder eine Renovierung nötig,aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Super der Privatstrand und das gastronomische Angebot im Ort."

"The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. "

"Had a good two week holiday - explored the surrounding area but also had a very relaxing time in the camping village. Benefited from some facilities (e.g. takeaway) that the camping village offers. Staff in the camping village are helpful, pleasant, with good command of English. A large supermarket within 100 meters from the entrance gate is also a huge bonus for self catering holiday. Had access to the small beach by the lake but a bit short of promenade in the evenings. However, the nearby...

"I felt at home. Very spacious apartments, clean and modern. I liked the wooden floors and tiled bathroom. Everything you need is there in the apartment, even a small kitchenette. We had a lake view room and views were amazing. Very warm welcome from the reception and smiley faces. Straight into stresa streets so we didn’t have to drive. Ample parking available around and it’s free. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to add, there was no kettle in the room but then you be mad to make a...

"Very nice apartment and very good location, but above all else, the communication was a good as it gets. They were also very accomodating when I requested to adjust the check-in time and also to use the luggage storage after I checked out. Highly recommend!"
