"All staffs are very cordial. They have upgraded my room. Original room AC was not working properly. The quality of food is good. But my advice to the Sheff is , it is better to give less salt in food than lttle too much salt. "

"Amazing customer service especially from the staff at kitchen of Trident. The staff made sure to take my son’s needs into consideration and prepared very health but tasty food. I was blown away by the exceptional service at the restaurant and appreciated the efforts of Ashish, Executive Chef Shakti Prasad, Chef Ganesh, and Server Biswajeet. All dishes were extremely tasty and healthy. I have been staying at a lot of hotels during my journey in India but none can hold a candle to the food at trident. My family really enjoyed the experience. This hotel is highly recommended. Very nice and quiet. Spa is at Mayfair next door but it is not up to par. Would love to have a spa at trident that reflects their high standard."
