"Our stay was amazing! We were in town for anniversary pictures. Karen was so pleasant from the moment we got there to the moment we left. The room we stayed in was stunning and the bathroom is one out of any girls dreams! Breakfast the next morning was Devine. I had the croissant French toast and my husband had an omelette. We were definitely full and happy! We will definitely be back! "

"Well, the sign in the front yard says, "Welcome to the lake house." My question is where's the lake? The outside was very terrible. The back porch mentioned had so many limbs and leaves on it, we had to kick them off to open the door. The garbage can was already half full. The dock was so far away and down a very steep hill. Not recommended for older folks. We had to stop and rest 3 times before we got to the cabin. Was supposed to stay until Saturday but left on Wednesday morning. Noone told us...

"When I booked this stay, I wanted something on the water and close to town. This is the perfect combination! We loved the “jail” house and the history. We are so thankful for the preservation of this piece of history and the owner’s willingness to share this rare and special house. Host let us know early that the house was ready which we appreciate and they are willing to extend check out if there’s no one coming that day. Would definitely stay here again."
