"Room was clean and spacious. Patio was relaxing, and foyer lovely. Breakfast vouchers to nearby cafe were provided since staff were limited. Clear instructions to find the B&B and how to get through the three doors were provided. Communications was excellent. Town felt deserted when we arrived on Saturday. Hard to find an eatery and navigate way by bus to town. May be different during the week."

"This is a very gorgeous property and very much a unique experience. The host is very gracious and the breakfast is quite plentiful. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but would have. Make sure that you message the host ahead of your arrival. There is a taxi service from Novafeltria, but I would recommend having a car to explore the area."

"A wonderful apartment in a peaceful location. Great for us having an overnight stay whilst travelling through Italy. The room was comfortable, private and very quiet. A lovely garden and easy if you have a pet. The breakfast was fabulous and the owners really cant do enough to help. we bought two bottles of local wine which was delicious! A big thumbs up from us and we will certainly stay over again if we are passing by. Highly Recommended."

"Andrea has such a beautiful oasis that he has tended to with much love and care. The house is so special and spacious. It has everything you need. The view is unbeatable and allows for you to completely unplug. We were there for two weeks and were so warmly welcomed with thoughtful amenities and loads of good information to fill our week. We even had a dental emergency and Andrea helped us get an immediate appointment with a great dentist. Anything we needed we got. The sauna was the cherry on...
