"We were a mixed age family group and had a really great stay at this house. It careered for all our multigenerational needs from a 4month old to 78yr old. The garden and tennis court were a great hit. The host told us of the walk down from the house to Charmouth which was beautiful. A super stay in this lovely exploring the area. Thank you "

"the property is as the Vrbo description The beds were so comfortable. just to make people aware the property is not fully enclosed as if you have inquisitive dogs as mine are they can get into the wood at the side of the garden over a muddy stream then onto a road and leading to fields with livestock in. The garden is a wonderful size for doge to run around in and the outside hose is a great edition to wash down your pets as we had to do on many occasions. We were visited by a deer one morning...

We had a such a lovely time - amazing property, very warm and roomy and beds in quirky places, plenty of towels and great communication from the host, especially about us hiring a spa specialist to come to the property for chilled hen do spa treatments. Handy having 4 designated car parking spaces. Thank you so much! "

"We were all very impressed with the place, for a huge property it was exceptionally clean everywhere and filled with everything you need. Bigger with some older style rooms, it gave a great feel for hide and seek. It provided a good base for all of us to hang out together whilst giving some space, great for games and a couple walks in the area. We really enjoyed our cold pond dips followed by warming up in the hot tub. This was already warmed up for us on arrival and lots of wood and starters...

"The owners were friendly, and attentive, but the property I felt was too expensive for what it was, there was no shower gel or anything in the bathrooms. There wasn’t a bin bin bag to collect rubbish. There were cobwebs and number of Rooms the black leather sofa was old and worn out and not very comfortable so although the setting was nice it did look like somewhere that the owners were trying to get out of as they told us there were selling up. "The views are something else, an amazing location and excellent accommodation in area of outstanding beauty. Lived in East Dorset for many years, but West Dorset and coast line is just something. "

"A beautiful barn conversation that is always extremely clean and welcoming. The location is peaceful and relaxing but several beautiful beach resorts are just a short drive away. The nearest town, Bridport has a variety of shops and places to eat or have coffee. We take our dogs along and they thoroughly enjoy the run of the fields and visiting the ponds. A great place to relax and reset. Cant wait to come back. It’s our slice of heaven on earth!"

"11 of us / 3 generations descended on Axbridge to celebrate my mother’s 90th. What a super weekend! Culminating in a wonderful dinner in the formal dining room which was spectacular. We like to cook - and the Kitchen is large and well equipped for big parties. A lovely setting in a lovely village / area. The host was charming and very accommodating. "
