"We had a super time, despite the weather being a little chilly. House was comfortable with nice deck and great view and very quiet. Were games, chairs and snorkeling gear. Not much of a yard for kids to run around if you have them, though we did not see many yards available. Beaches we saw were stunning. "Our stay at this house could have been perfect if it had not been for two issues. The first one has to do with the accuracy of online listing in terms of location, it seems it is by the beach or at least at a pretty close walking distance but it is not actually like that, the second issue, which is a major one, is the problem with electric power the island suffers. We spent almost two days without electricity and it is something we should have been warned beforehand so we could make a decision...

"We loved staying at Yellowbird! This was our 7th year renting a home on the island but first time at Yellowbird and it was a success. The house is great for large groups that also like having their own spaces and the outdoor space is beautiful - great place to hang rain or shine! Not having any beach chairs was the only disappointment as we have have been provided them at other rental homes there in the past, but all the staff and owner were communicative and kind so we'd definitely recommend...

"We had a wonderful time staying at this comfortable and well appointed house in an ideal location on the island, an easy walk into town and a pretty though small water view from the house. My only comment to potential renters is the two bedrooms in the guest house do not communicate and wouldn’t be suitable for a family with one or two small children. We were a family of all adults so it worked well for us. !"

"Stayed here for five days. Great place to stay before our longer stay in Spanish Wells. You definitely need a vehicle as Eleuthera is 110 miles long. There are a few restaurants in the area, but others aren’t within walking distance. And since there is a kitchen, we took advantage of that as well. Especially for breakfast, and lunch. "
