Falhas de manutenção
Boa estrutura do hotel, mas deixa a desejar na manutenção. O apartamento tinha bom espaço e suposto conforto. Mas, além de não haver tomadas disponíveis ao lado da cama, o ar condicionado apresentava vazamento de água, assim como o vaso sanitário, denotando falha de manutenção. Para um hotel que supostamente tem alto padrão, esses descuidos desqualificam-no.

Bom, mas com necessidade de aprimoramentos
O hotel é bom e bem localizado, mas precisa de alguns aprimoramentos em sua estrutura e no serviço. O checkin levou cerca de 10min para ser finalizado e, após chegar ao quarto, não era uma cama de casal, conforme a reserva. Posteriormente, percebi que o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, o que só foi ocorrer no outro dia. No meu último dia, mesmo com a placa de não perturbe na porta, a camareira entrou no quarto, sem sequer bater na porta. Por último, no momento do checkout, só uma pessoa da recepção fazia o procedimento… a outra, não. Nunca tinha visto isso. São pequenas coisas que, facilmente, podem ser melhoradas, mas que geram incômodo nos hóspedes. Deixo claro que resolveram a questão da cama e do ar condicionado, mas deveria ser algo para ser resolvido na mesma hora, apesar de ser quase meia noite quando cheguei na habitação no primeiro dia. Além disso, todos foram muito cordiais diante dos meus questionamentos e solicitações.

Boa localização, quarto confortável e excelente café da manhã, com ótimavariedade de itens. Atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. O chuveiro, apesar de forte, esquenta e esfria do nada, podendo causar queimaduras. A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar. O ar condicionado não deve ser higienizado (nem o filtro) há um ano, pois é imundo por dentro, comprometendo o funcionamento e o ar do quarto. Wi-Fi, nonquarto, bastante instável. A academia, que não lembro de ter visto qualquer observação a respeito, estava fechada, de acordo com aviso afixado no elevador. O quarto, de forma geral, é confortável, tem roupas de cama e banho limpas e de qualidade. O hotel precisa de uma atenção na manutenção e conservação de alguns itens. O teto do banheiro estava com a pintura descascando, por exemplo. Não tem sistema de segurança eficiente, como se espera nos dias atuais. Não há câmeras nos elevadores ou nos andares. Obs: a avaliação está sendo feita pelo celular e não consegui adicionar as fotos do quarto e do ar condicionado, mas estão disponíveis, principalmente no caso do ar condicionado, caso a administração tenha alguma dúvida sobre o que escrevi. Lembrando que aparelhos de ar condicionado precisam ter os filtros limpos mensalmente e os aparelhos, principalmente quando muito utilizados, também devem ser higienizados semestralmente, evitando assim problemas respiratórios ou funcionamento inadequado.
