Hotel maravilhoso, segunda vez que hospedo lá, atendimento excelente, todos muito educados, cama confortável, lençóis de qualidade, café da manhã agradável. A única ressalva é que casais com o estranho hábito de sentar lado a lado, ocupando desta forma duas mesas, acabam obrigando hóspedes a sentar em mesas de pessoas desconhecidas nos horários de movimento do café da manhã. Evidentemente que a falta de educação / noção do que é viver em sociedade não cabe ao hotel, mas isso seria facilmente resolvido se as mesas ficassem constantemente afastadas, e só aproximadas para grupos maiores.

Fazia tempo que não ficava num hotel tão ruim, travesseiros horríveis pesados, pedi outros e eram iguais, ar condicionado terrível de controle (com termostato), tolhas cheirando ruim e ásperas, porta chuveiro não fechava toda e molhava banheiro, arrumação e limpeza dos quartos pior que hotel beira de estrada, só jogava o edredom por cima das camas sem arrumar, chão super sujo, banheiro sem limpar pia, chão com sujeira, chegamos da rua e não tinha reposto papel higiênico, 7 diárias e eu reclamando sempre, até foi passado para gerente Tatiane mas não resolveu, último dia outra equipe da limpeza aí limparam o quarto no último dia somente! Café da manhã bem repetido 7 diárias comendo sempre as mesmas coisas, atendimento na recepção com exceção do Guilherme péssimo, rude, pareceriam que estavam fazendo favor! Cara feia para tudo ! Nunca mais volto!
