Not enough staff checking in, huge queues of people complaining. The poor receptionist was snowed under and taking so much abuse from unhappy customers. When asked for an iron and board I was told to go to the shopping centre a few minutes away - very poor service.

Hotel Bom boa localização
Tive uma excelente recepção, fui muito bem atendido pelo Diogenes e depois por todos os funcionarios. O hotel fica numa excelente localização. A Tv não era SMART e também não tinha interruptores proximos da cama para apagar as luzes, somente ao lado da porta de entrada. O estacionamento é pago, e não é barato por ser do hotel, custa 30 reais a diaria. Tirando isso, o hotel é uma boa opção.

O hotel é muito bonito, próximo ao centro da cidade. O café da manhã era bom e, os quartos eram confortáveis. Infelizmente minha tv não era SMART. O estacionamento é pago o que também não achei bom. Fora o valor do hotel foi pago o estacionamento e mais a porcentagem.
