Good experience
This hotel was good for what I needed. Nothing special but it was clean and comfortable. The pool and "gym" are not really usable. If you have kids, they would probably enjoy the pool. The breakfast was good and the location iw good. Close to the bus station and a short walk to the mall, Shopping Estação. Overall it was a good experience. I recommend this hotel. Book the hotel from an App like Hotels.com or Expedia for a much better price.

Be aware that there is an additional charge for service upon ending your stay. Otherwise the hotel is fine. Convenient to the main bus terminal.

Foi um ótimo fim de semana
A estadia foi boa, quarto limpo e espaçoso, banheiro com uma ducha excelente, cama boa e grande, porém, o lençol do colchão era pequeno para uma cama super king, não permanecia no colchão! A academia simples e a piscina poderia ser mais aproveitada se fosse aquecida. Poderia ter uma maquina de café expresso para os hospedes, afinal, um mimo é sempre bem vindo!!!

Localização eh ótima , mas o hotel deixa a desejar
Hotel bem antigo. Peca em coisas simples , exemplo: móvel guarda roupa antigo e surrado (poderia ser armário embutido), cobertor estava sem embrulho (não sei se estava limpo, usado por outro hóspede), toalhas de banho bem velhos, manutenção do quarto fazem anos sem atenção (pintura muito velha , rodapé de madeira bem desgastada). Rede elétrica antiga (Quando ligava secador cabelo oscilava energia ). Necessita de retrofit urgente.

Quarto confortável, grande e ventilado, banheiro com box muito pequeno, a porta não travava e molhava bastante todas as vezes que tomávamos banho. Chuveiro e limpeza bons, o café da manhã é bom, as reposições são rápidas, mas poderia ter mais variedade, as recepcionistas e o manobrista são super soliticos. Localização muito boa, pertinho da Rodoferroviária e 12 minutos de caminhada do Shopping Estação. Vale o custo benefício.
