The dining area and reception look great, and clean. The room, walls and corridor leading up to the rooms look like a cheap motel, dirty, broken, chipped paint. The place looks neglected.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo e o chuveiro era maravilhoso. O café da manhã foi muito bem servido; mesmo em um dia movimentado, os funcionários foram muito proativos em manter tudo bem abastecido. Parabéns aos colaboradores do Hotel Portal do Iguaçu. Apenas uma sugestão, que pode ter sido mencionada anteriormente, seria em relação ao barulho da avenida, embora o som da buzina do trem ocorra apenas algumas vezes ao dia. Seria interessante considerar a instalação de janelas que ajudem a isolar o som. Obrigado!
