"I travel regularly in Italy for business. On this occasion due to a late meeting I missed the last train home and was forced to stay the night. I was treated as a massive inconvenience for the staff. In particular the late night porter who was shockingly lecturing, patronising and sarcastic. "What a beautiful apartment! Close proximity to everything a short train ride away from duomo, shopping and the central station. Apartment is fully equipped, modern, comfy beds, overall a really really nice stay in Milan! We cant wait to come back! "
