"This property is beautiful and is as shown online. However, the entire island is dealing with constant power outages and this property in particular goes 10 hours + a day with no water or power. After the 2nd day of this we had to leave because it wasn’t feasible to stay. I contacted the host and he wasn’t responsive. "The house was the right size for us. Plenty of room for three people. Location on Beacon Hill is fantastic for walking to Maho to see the landings, but also Simpson Bay beach access is no more than 150 feet. Gary provided chairs and umbrellas for the beach, also a small cooler. We were temporary locals and close to D's, which is a good beach bar.The whole thing was perfect for our needs, including off-street parking."

"Very good location, as there are hiking trails nearby, and close proximity to Anse Marcel, Orient and Grand Case, to enjoy the beaches and the food. The scenery from the back patio/pool, overlooking the water, was exceptional. With Pinel island, just right there you can take a short kayak ride (provided). Latetia, was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back!"

"We feel like we really lucked out with this villa and the Anse Marcel area. The villa exceeded expectations--spacious, airy, well airconditioned, large windows, beautiful view of the bay, super-well equipped. And Danielle could not have been more helpful and charming.
