"The barn is a nice place. It was very clean and the decor was beautiful. There isn’t much to do in Tyler so we spent our afternoons in the pool and had a blast. The barn is between two other homes but the way it is setup made it feel very private. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Evan was a fabulous host. We had an extended stay, almost a month, and everything was perfect! He made sure we always had what was needed. There was a power outage, neighborhood wide, Evan supplied us with a generator until the power was restored. There are zero complaints regarding our stay. Highly recommended!!"

It is tucked in the pines so the mornings are relaxing hearing the pines move in the breeze.The house has a large living room, kitchen and outside areas are big enough to entertain family and friends. The bed rooms are large and spread out so you don’t feel like you are sleeping on to of one another. We will be staying here again."

"Stayed at the Blue Pelican for the back half of spring break. House was lovely, clean, and well stocked. There’s a Dollar General around the corner if you forget anything. Free boat ramp is 5 minutes away. Fishing was tough because of the crazy winds so I took the kids to the indoor water park that’s 20 minutes away. "Several old college buddies from around the state congregated in Frankston to play three rounds of golf at Pine Dunes and to watch college football. This home served our needs very well. "Jesse was a great host; always responded, check in and check out was simple and less requirements than most hosts! We came down from Oklahoma to spend some time with our TX grands. The house was set up to keep them entertained (as well as grandpa!). The house was clean and simple in design which made cleaning up and keeping up with grandkids easy and hassle free. "We visited the dome home for my girlfriend’s birthday and really enjoyed the entire stay. the host was extremely communicative and the listing was exactly as described. great little hot tub, quirky and lovable “dome” house, and secluded enough to really feel like a getaway. "Decent well outfitted lake house, close to a boat ramp. Whoever left those bad reviews was probably expecting a 5 star hotel. It's a lake house with everything you need. We used it for fishing a bass tournament and was satisfied. Nothing fancy, but just what we needed."
