On my last day I was ready to leave my room at 11:35 (check in time is 11:30) and the employee came saying she wanted to “negotiate “ the room. I told her I was leaving and left after 3 more minutes but left with a bad impression and a sense of untrained staff. Did she want to charge me for staying 5 more minutes? I thought this to be an unnecessary stress to the client and honestly, quite rude. "
