"Great staff comfy room"

"We booked this place for a one-night stay to check out the Berkshires. This was pretty much centrally located from everything we wanted to visit. We chose this place for the country feel rather than the big city type hotels. The place was a little outdated but had the more of a home feel. There is some updating due there, but it wasn't a disappointment. We will book again when we visit the area to go hiking. Plus, the lake view was ok, and the water looked very clean. I will say this is an excellent spot if you're an outdoor person for fishing. Kayaking etc. "

"It's place lies between the Manhattan Club and the St. Mark's Hotel, but in a sleepy ole' new england factory town. We love the Berkshires. This is where we now stay. We have been coming up for 27 years to these mountains."

The nook is very cute and the food was to die for. Check in and check out was seamless, I didn't talk to a single person and had no issues. Which is super nice for quiet solo travel. "
