"Nice upper suite. Clean rooms. It was nice that linens were provided. It had a small mini fridge and small microwave stacked on a table. A table to sit at would have been nice. 2 small mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses were supplied as well. I stayed for 6 nights so I just kept rinsing out my mug. 2 separate AC units provided comfortable temperature. Nice quiet area. The deck was nice. It was wet from condensation in the morning and then hot in afternoon with full sun so I didn’t use it. ...

"A group of friends and I had a lovely long weekend stay here. The yard is so big and perfect for games and relaxing, and the house is close to several beaches, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream, etc. The layout is kind of weird, but we had plenty of space for everything. Would stay here again!"

"We just returned from a week long vacation at Bayberry Trails and it was fantastic! The house is conveniently located to everything- bike trails, beaches, restaurants, mini golf, theater and more. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need for a stay. Mel and Rich are wonderful hosts. So easy to communicate with, very responsive and great with recommendations! We have stayed at other houses at the Cape over the years and this is one we will surely come back to!"

"Wow ! We were very impressed with the style and elegance of the house. From the outside, there is no way for you to tell how fancy and spacious the house really is. The living area is very comfortable with PLENTY of seating, the open kitchen had lots of silverware and plates and cups. No additional items for cooking ( seasonings or oil) but we were out and about and really only used the NICE kureig coffee maker. The BEDROOMS are really the highlight of the house- 2 queen with a shared bathroom...
