"This cute little carriage house was built into the passageway behind the main house and the barn. It comfortably fit our party of 3 adults with a nice size kitchen, a single bathroom, and spacious seating areas both inside and out. Our flight was delayed, and when we arrived, there was yogurt and fruit in the fridge waiting for us. There is a stand selling ice cream, burgers, and lobster rolls within walking distance, and the Cape Elizabeth beach is a short drive away. Lovely stay!"

"This is a cabin in the woods with civilization nearby. We spent four days and nights at the cabin, and I loved it. The furniture was comfortable for relaxing, and the kitchen was awesome. While my friend used the bedroom downstairs, I had the loft bedroom and bath to myself. The steam shower was an unexpected pleasure. The “throne” toilet took some getting used to, but it wasn’t a problem. The small towns nearby offered gas, groceries, restaurants, and beautiful trees. Portland was a short drive...

great snowy weekend

"this is a great older hotel in Portland with tons of character, excellent location, and wonderful staff. Bed was super comfy, great water pressure in the shower (in a huge bathroom), multiple restaurant and lounge areas, and the clean and well maintained sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were all awesome. definitely plan on valet'ing the car. would definitely stay again "
