"This is a lovely hostal with amazing decor. The rooms themselves are nice and have everything you need. Good breakfast in a lovwly courtyard. The best bit was the service which was excellent. Everyone qas extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating. I definitely recommend this place and will stay again next time I am in Santa Clara. "

Walkable to all the main areas of town and the staff helped us set up tours to local areas of interest such as El Nicho and Trinidad (which we did in one day and returned to Cienfuego - would recommend this). "Carmen and Pupito are great hosts. They have a lovely home and make you feel welcomed and protected. Breakfast was perfect. They can book tours and arrange drivers. Trinidad is suffering with power outages but they have a generator, which was great because I arrived at night and it was super dark in the city with no power. Room was comfortable, clean, and I felt really safe traveling solo. Glad I picked this house! "

"We had such a nice moment with Carlos ! He was really flexible, took some time to help us figuring out what was best to do in the city. My partner had a beautiful conversation with him on the nice terrasse that dominates the city. I am in love with the colorful decorations of the house. It is really central also so we could walk everywhere. So yes, really nice :)"
