"Lovely place with a wonderful staff!! I cannot praise them enough--helping me figure out bus transport and being so kind and responsive. It's quiet, clean, comfortable, 1pm check out (amazing), AND AC and hotwater which you don't always get. Beautiful home and walkable area. Many thanks to the kind, gracious staff!"

"I have pictures of the room that we got. This is not a $300 a night room. Cockroaches on the floor, outside my room. I am amazed that Expedia had the nerve to list it and offered a limited number of pictures to fully evaluate the condition of the hotel. I trusted Expedia to provide a suitable room but I can see that they are more interested in their commission than their clients. "

"The property was close to everything, within walking distance (restaurants/pharmacy/shopping,etc. The view from the roof pool was so nice, they have a workout room which was useful,I received 2 great massages from the spa the staff were so accomodating and very patient w/ me and my limited spanish. My room was brand new on the 12th floor with a new , thicker mattress. they have a large restaurant with EXCEPTIONAL Food as well as quick room service. I have nothing but praise for this hotel and will stay again when I return"

"I stayed in 2 different rooms on my first day. The first room had a broken t.v. that kept going on and off with the picture. I was moved to a second room. The shower door was broken and would not slide. There was no shower head in the shower and no temperature control, so the water was just cold. The business around the hotel close early. "
