Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Oil central heating (underfloor on ground floor), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. On road parking. No smoking.. Conveniently located in the village centre, this lovely semi-detached, 16th-century barn conversion is an ideal holiday home for couples and small families. Nightingales is well presented and equipped, and has a south-facing garden. It is about 4 miles from the M5, and within easy reach of Dartmoor, Exmoor and the north or south Devon coasts. Locally there is fishing, gliding, walking and several National Trust properties. Village shop and pub just 50 yards.
