Located in Cap Blanc, the most exclusive and quiet residential area of Cullera. It's ideal for your holidays. The apartment has the best solar orientation.

Children are welcome !, we can provide you a travel cot, baby chair or anything that makes your holidays easier....Free high speed (100Mb/s) Wifi all inside the apartment & Smart TV with Netflix. You can see a movie (in your language) on the terrace with the sea breeze.....

The apartment has a terrace of 14 square meters. You can have breakfast, lunch, dine, sunbathe, relax, play and enjoy the view on the terrace.

The penthouse has 2 BRIGHT rooms, one room with 1 double bed 180x200cm (71 in × 79 in) and one with 2 single beds but can be converted to a double bed of 180x200cm (71 in × 79 in), a spacious dining room, kitchen and 2 complete bathrooms, one with bath and the other one with shower. Bed linen is washed and ironed in an industrial laundry, like the hotels. We want you to be comfortable in our home :)
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, water purifier osmosis, Nespresso coffee machine, drip coffee maker, oven, microwave, etc..

The living room is bright and spacious. It has a chaise lounge to enjoy a nap after lunch or watch TV. It also has a large table where they can eat comfortably 6 people. You can also eat at the terrace's table.... do you know how lovely it is to have dinner under stars? ★★★★★
This has 2 comfortable sunbeds for sunbathing in complete privacy and 2 armchairs with a small table to relax and enjoy your favorite drink.

The home has a sunshade automation, press a button and you has shade on the terrace anytime.

Important: the apartment has air conditioning throughout the house. You will not spend heat in summer or cold in winter.

Also has a communal pool, course overlooking the sea and the mountain on which the building is constructed. This has a private parking reserved.

There are two ways to access at the beach, by the elevators in the building or by car, is easy to park within the housing development.

This apartment is ideal for couples and families with childrens.

As soon as you make the reservation we will give you a “DIY” guide with touristic recommendations ; Cullera, Valencia, where to eat, traditions and local customs, sites to see and sites to not see, and all the things that you can enjoy these days and we have experienced before....
I can book restaurants for you, arrange a transfer to pick you up at the airport, advise you on car rentals, etc.
I will always be available to help you for sms, mail or phone.
It's a different area of Cullera, calm, relaxed, just hear the birds and the sea. It's ideal for a total disconnect :) You will be surprised !!

When I walked through the gate I immediately relaxed and stayed that way for our whole stay. It’s so beautiful and calm anyone looking for the ultimate retreat this is the place to stay. View is spectacular
I spent terrific 4 nights at Vicentes apartment and can only recommend this urbanization - the view is spectacular - I started every morning with coffee and breakfast on the terrace in the sun - even in March! Also it´s a good spot to take trips from there to ValenciaDenia... which I loved!. Vicente is a great host - unbelievably quick in response and very flexibel - also his digital welcome book was an experience!

Lovely!
Vicente was an amazing host and the apartment was great. Our flight was delayed (and we got slightly lost on our way from airport!) and Vicente was fab. As we arrived so late, everything (restaurants and supermarkets) was closed so he made sure that we had a pizza and a tortilla in the fridge (otherwise we would have been very hungry!) and food and coffee for breakfast which was so thoughtful. He even showed us where we could buy some wine at that time of night! Communication with him was easy and he was very efficient in responding to any queries. The flat was very spacious and clean and in a very very quiet location. The view from the very large balcony is lovely!

Christmas vacation!
We had a great time in Cullera. Our host, Vicente, received us and explained everything to us and he gave us nice tips during our stay by Whatsapp. The apartment is big enough for a family of 4, it has all amenities needed. Everything was working and the apartment was clean. Important for the kids, internet/wifi was working well and Netflix on the TV. The view from the balcony is amazing, it was great to sit in the sun in the morning and enjoy the view. It was clear that Christmas vacation is a very quiet time for the area as many apartments were empty and many shops were closed however a large supermarket nearby was open and there are plenty of (very good) restaurants within driving distance. All in all we had a great time, Vicente thank you very much for your hospitality!

Hello!! Going to Cullera, Spain?! Well... you’d be ridiculous to stay anywhere other than here!! No, I’m not kidding. The views... the space... the breeze!! We truly wanted to forget our life back in the US, and never leave. Every photo is exactly how it is in person. I was shocked, in the best way possible!! Seriously, between the condo-views-location ahhh!! We LOVED it. 10-STARS.

Świetne mieszkanie, piękne widoki, cicha i spokojna okolica. Wspaniała i bardzo duża plaża. Cullera to piękne miejsce z morzem i górami z których jest niesamowity widok na całą okolicę. Vicente to świetny gospodarz, z którym można porozmawiać na każdy temat :) Zdecydowanie polecam!

La casa tiene unas vistas preciosas y está en un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, alejada de la masificación del centro y al lado de una estupenda playa. Es confortable, espaciosa y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar unos días. Su terraza es muy amplia, ideal para sentir la brisa del mar mientras, comes, cenas, lees o sencillamente te relajas. El trato recibido fue inmejorable, amabilidad, cercanía y predisposición para cualquier tipo de ayuda. Tanto Vicente como Gonzalo se preocupan realmente por tu comodidad y necesidades. Tuvimos un tiempo muy soleado y pudimos disfrutar de la maravillosa terraza, piscina y vistas. El piso esta muy, muy limpio, y es de agradecer que haya todo lo necesario, como pastillas para el lavavajillas,jabon para la lavadora,etc...con todo detalle. Amazing Views and Great Service
Our family of three stayed at this mountainside condominium overlooking the Mediterranean sea for three nights in November. Views from the balcony were amazing! Our host Vicente was helpful and remained in contact with us leading up to and during our stay, making check in and check out a breeze. The condo is modern and clean. Cullera appears to be a kind of summer retreat area, and we were definitely there in the off-season - as a result there wasn't much going on in Cullera itself, but it is close enough that day trips into Valencia were easy to pull off. We did have one dinner just south of Cullera at Casa Salvador, which was one of, if the not the best, meals we had while in Spain. Thank you Vicente for accommodating us. We hope to return soon.

The sea view is stunning!
We were warmly welcomed. Vincente has gone above and beyond preparing all the baby bits to make our stay with little ones hassle free. He also gave really good advice on food and what to do around the area! The place is beautiful with a huge balcony and the sea view is stunning! We came at off peak season and enjoyed a quiet beach which is all the more lovely. A little advice for travellers: 1) we came at end of September. The weather is still wonderful and the water was fantastic. Spanish lunch and dinner time are fairly different and for us with little ones on a rigid London schedule, we ended up cooking dinner every evening -which we enjoyed but just in case you don’t want to touch the kitchen on your holiday, time your day’s meals! 2) The apartment is best reached by car. Because going to the beach on foot will require going down three lifts plus stairs. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Fue un regalo sorpresa para mi mujer por su cumpleaños. Me encantó el ático en las fotos y al natural es aún mejor. Desayunamos por la mañana con el amanecer. Romántico y perfecto. Volveríamos todos los fines de semana, jaja. Muy útil la guía que proporciona Vicente. Gracias. Roberto.
