"Happy to find this place near the train station. The location was perfect for me as the area is near hip pubs/restaurants and also not far from the old town. There is a metro station in front of the hotel. The service was excellent, they offered suggestions on what to do, they have bikes for rent and one can get the busy tickets from them. My suite had all the things I needed, a fridge, a microwave, water heater, Nespresso machine and a bread toaster. There was a hot plate but I didn't use it....

"It was nice to have the studio apartment & the option of laundry. Quick glance all looks well. The bedding had a “sour” smell like the sheets were left in the washing machine for days then dried. The towels were fine, no bad odour. The front load washing machine was wet & damp upon opening it. After wiping it clean & leaving the door open for a day, it was better. Front load washing machines will always breed mold & bacteria if left closed after a wash is completed & not allowed to air...

"Very good location, view from the corner appartment (4c) is excellent. Nice restaurant with breakfast(12 euro)/dinner options on a ground floor. Supermarket is just 5 min walk on a same street. Police station across the road makes all safe and out of noisy musik etc. Dirty walls,windows, curtains, sofa needs also a wash. "

"Fabulous does not begin to describe it! Excellent just a few feet from Central Market as well as from major Plaza de Ayuntamiento surrounded by everything. The numerous balconies and terraces allowed us almost 365° views from both the front and the back of the apartment. Gracious helpful and professional welcome with in person host checking us in and frequent checking on our way to make it very easy to register and enter the apartment. "Sehr schönes Appartment mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Es war sauber und sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Highlight waren die Dachterasse und der Pool. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist etwas gering, aber man kann auf jeden Fall damit Leben. Kommunikation per Whatsapp hat super funktioniert. Gleich gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt der täglich bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat. "

"Good: Nice sized place, modern, usable kitchen, great area. Bad: The mattress was a bit mediocre and the pillows were terrible. I also had to ask them a few times to clean because they didn’t take out the trash or refill the soap and shampoo for almost two weeks. They never once washed the bed sheets in the three weeks I was there. It was overall okay but hands-off/low-maintenance effort from the owners. If you just want a place to stay, it’s passable. If you want comfort, maybe look...

"The apartment itself was great, very neat and clean and modern which we liked. The area is great as well. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say we expected higher level of service. There was no cleaning half way through which was suprising and we had issues with toaster that did not work and missing a duvet and that took 3 days to sort out with contact daily. Lastly, they wrote us 48hour before arrival which was great to sort out deposit and taxi pick up at airport but they did not bother...
