We had 10, 11 and 12 year old girls and it was great for them to get outside, run around and interact with the animals! "Great place to get away. GPS is just about 100 yards off. But once you done you are set. Porch is so relaxing, the pace is spotless and has lots of light. Perfect retreat for relaxation or creative pursuits. I didn't hear anyone or much of anything the whole time. There are neighbors. But everyone is quiet. "
